(A quick note here, I've added these synopsis for people to go back and remind themselves about what happened or if people come in later and don't want to start at the beginning, they can read these really fast, but they are not a replacement for watching our videos as they are not full descriptions. If you don't want to video, you will miss most of the comedy and all of the fighting as I am not going to do a play by play of each attack. So, please check out our videos)

Carruron
Rayvvin reaches through to touch Dairren, and he crawls towards them. Rayvvin heals Dairren as much as they can. They ask why he is there and he says trespassing. He specifically walked in here, into the prison, and was captured. He was there because he was talking to Sheltran. Dairren broke in, and removed the ground from beneath their feets and put it on top of their heads before coming down. Dairren was looking for the Esoteric Fortress and the portal to the Library of Taba. We tell Dairren that we will help him get out if we can, but first we have to convince Sheltran to leave as hopefully it will get us more leeway with the guards. We talk to Sheltran to try to convince him to leave. When we finally get him to the point where he realizes Chodrak is an old friend, Sheltran decides to make a deal. Chodrak must do one of a few things or all of them, but at least one. If he does, he will come with us. 1) We bring Kazel to him, 2) we find one of the other primalis that will agree to kill him 3) we piss off this primalis so she will kill him at some point 4) we must atone or find some way for him to properly atone for Sheltran’s hubris. We mention that Kazel’s library is in the back of his wagon so if we could get a portal to that, we could get to Kazel. Sheltran says there is a portal to the island where his library is, which is in Sypetia.
While we all plan, Caleigh sits down a little away from us to commune with her deity to see if she can figure out how bad what Sheltran did was and if there is something to do about it. Caleigh can feel the connection, and she gets the feeling that Atae harbors no ill will or ill thoughts about Sheltran, and that it is all one deity who is supremely angry at Sheltran, and it is currently their entire mission in existing to make his life as miserable as possible, and that deity is Vulkus. Caleigh also gets the inkling that, or at least believes what she is getting, is that Sheltran killed Vulkus’ husband and son, and caused the country of Sypetia and that entire area to no longer follow Vulkus, but allowed Sypet the deity to come into existence. Caleigh thanks her deity and also gives a message that Caleigh is doing her best. Caleigh walks back to the dungeon.
Sheltran says he doesn't care about Vulkus being mad at him, but he is upset over the country that he demolished. Vulkus could kill him, but she is keeping him alive, so anything of the same level would not be able to get past the magic, and why he needs something stronger. Abcde attempts to convince Sheltran that he should just get up and leave. Sheltran wants to know why Abcde cares, and they respond that we are looking for the library and have been touched by an Allip, and don’t want to go crazy. Sheltran says he could sever the connection, but Abcde says he doesn’t care about that since it’s their new obsession. Artimious can tell that Sheltran knows Brixert. Sheltran denies it but is lying. Sheltran adamantly does not want Brixert here. He isn’t afraid of him, but he is afraid of what he can do to others. He puts on a jolly fat man persona but he’s a demon, or even worse. Brixert is not more powerful than Vulkus, though he is close. But if we can’t be swayed, he says fine, and he stands up, before the chains fall off and he steps through the bars. The guard at the end of the hall raises his spear and runs at him, Sheltran is behind the guard but the man is no longer there. He has turned to powder. Rayvvin asks Sheltran to help with their brother, and after grumbling, he gets Dairren out and we all start heading up the stairs. Rayvvin and Artimious support Dairren as they leave.
We have to go up 40 flights of stairs. Sheltran gets up first a minute later, with Caleigh and Chodrak. Abcde is next, with Artimious and Dairren last. Caleigh drops Chodrak off, before heading back down. Caleigh grabs Dairren first, and Rayvvin and Artimious rush as fast as they can. Abcde turns into a hawk to fly up the stairs. Sheltran asks Chodrak to open a new portal, and Chodrak says he doesn’t know how. Sheltran says they’ll just get to the old portal, and they will work on it later. There are numerous guards running at them with weapons and Chodrak is a bird as well. Sheltran conjures knives, lazily throwing them and they rocket forward, eradicating the guards in front of them. All the guards are dead in thirty seconds. The snow is now red. Sheltran asks if they should wait. A few minutes later, we have all arrived at the top, and we see the bloody ground. Sheltran asks if we should head forward, and when Caleigh asks if he can create a new portal, he says no, he’s not really magical, he can just do parlor tricks. Caleigh continues carrying Dairren and we all rush toward the portal. We get there without incident, our horses in tow, and activate the portal. We are back in the room with the portals in the Esoteric Fortress.
Esoteric Fortress
We send Sheltran to go speak with the people he left behind here. Caleigh asks Sheltran which portal will lead us to Kazel’s library. Sheltran looks around, and Dairren points us toward one and says it says “the floating island.” Caleigh tells Sheltran he can go so he does. We take a look at the portal to the floating island, it is active, and it’s not trapped. We all head out to the courtyard, in the fresh air and sunshine. Caleigh looks for Sheltran and his people. Chodrak finds a spot in the courtyard to sit down and meditate with his staff. Rayvvin sits down with their brother to tell him about their clan being cut in half and their mothers both having died. They chat.
Caleigh arrives in the small town area, where she sees the people but no Sheltran. They flock to her, asking about Sheltran. Caleigh gives them a brief overview. They want to attack Carruron, but she stops them. Caleigh goes to find Abcde, telling them that Sheltran left, he’s gone. Abcde wants to know why she came to them since they don’t know how to find Sheltran. Caleigh goes to find Chodrak but sees him meditating and doesn’t want to bother him, but Abcde goes over to get his attention, and tells him they don’t know where Sheltran went, and wants Chodrak to find him. Chodrak faces away from them to focus on Sheltran, and he’s right above us a little ways. When he looks up, he sees an orc perched on one of the spires. Chodrak just points up to indicate where he is, and Caleigh sees him and flies up. Sheltran is sitting and just looking across everything. Caleigh sits next to him. She asks what he’s doing, and that his people want to see him. He doesn’t want to. She tells him that he should go see them, and he waves it off, saying he’ll go see them, but this place looks so different from when he last was here. Caleigh convinces Sheltran to go down, and he finally does so, floating down to his people who rush over to him and hug him before his feet even touch the ground.
Abcde thanks Chodrak and goes back to their horse. Chodrak continues his earlier mediation. Rayvvin sits with their staff, meditating on it to try to figure out what it is. The group all spend the day doing whatever.
