The Library of Taba is a Runner's Fortune Campaign featuring a group of players in the Taba Campaign Setting.
The Story Thus Far
Rayvvin, Everlee, Sterling, Abcde (Absidee), Chodrak, and Caleigh all arrived at the city of Quetares separately. Some found each other on the road and an Elf named Allerton collected the group and brought them to the home of his master, Brixert, in the rich section of the city. The group recuperated after their travels and were treated to a beautiful feast where they were each asked if they would be willing to learn a secret at great cost to themselves. They all said yes, and had a secret, the existence of the ancient Library of Taba, placed in their heads. Now they must decide how to proceed: Find the Library of Taba, or allow the secret to burn away in their mind as it slowly kills them.
Meet The Team
Nate Douglas- Game Master
Nate has been playing RPG's for more than 20 years and has participated in and GM'd more campaigns than he can remember to count. He is Co-Owner of Neko-Maoh Games and creator of the Runner's Fortune game system.
Jaimie Douglas- Rayvvin
Jaimie has been playing RPG's for the last 6 years and is in her 3rd full-length campaign. She is the Co-Owner of Neko-Maoh Games.
Rayvvin is an androgynous and non-binary Fae-Touched from the Holy Empire of Gainsworn, currently traveling through Taba in search of their brother after their parents were killed in a war over control of their clan.
Pocho- Abcde (Absidee)
Pocho has been playing RPG's for the last two years and has been in a handful of campaigns as both a player and GM.
Abcde is an androgynous and non-binary elf born in Taba, but has spent most of their life in the Kingdom of Toruqia learning magic and living in the wilds. They have returned to Taba to find their parents and sister and see if any of them still live.
Rhys- Sterling
Rhys has been playing RPG's for the last two years and has been in a handful of campaigns as both a player and GM.
Sterling is a masculine Metal Automaton with a few Goliath innards. He has lived in the Arilian Horde for most of his life, being the bodyguard of an inn and listening to the stories of the adventurers. He is in Taba looking to have some of those adventures for himself.
Emmy- Caleigh
Emmy has been playing RPG's for the last few years as a player, mainly doing one shots and is currently in her first and second full-length campaigns.
Caleigh is a female Valkyrie that has spent her whole life in the Dawn Realm, the realm between the Material Realm and the land of the Deities. She has been selected to be the Champion of the Deity Atae and has come to Taba to prove herself and learn firsthand about life in the Material Realms.
Elijah- Chodrak
Elijah is new to RPG's but dove in headfirst participating in his first and second full-length campaigns simultaneously.
Chodrak is a male Baby-Doll Automaton. He lived numerous lives previously and was able to achieve a state of perfect peace and be brought to the Final Fire, the final resting place of souls that have been accepted by the Deities. Tormented by his final memories he has returned to Taba and the Material Realm to try and return to a true state of peace again.
Emily- Everlee
Emily is brand new to the RPG scene with this being her first campaign and introduction into the world of RPG's.
Everlee is a female Faeire from Genesia. She is considered young by human standards at only 7 years of age, but is nearing the end of her adolescence. Dreams about her birth parents being in danger have drawn her to Taba to try and find the portal to the Fae Land that she originally came through, to find her parents and warn them of the coming danger.
